Julianna by Capriole paired with the Miller Ranch Sauvignon Blanc, Yountville 
Capriole's Julianna is a mild, semi-hard aged goat cheese dusted with Herbes de Provence and wildflowers. It melts beautifully and combines with flavors both sweet and savory.  What began as an experimental variation of The Old Kentucky Tomme by Hungarian intern, Julianna Sedli, has become a Capriole success story. Aged 4-8 months, Julianna’s buttery, nutty, and slightly tart flavors develop under a natural rind of thyme, lavender, rosemary, and wildflowers that become an integral, but balanced, flavor component of the cheese.

Little Hosmer by Jasper Hill paired with the Estate Grown Chardonnay, Los Carneros
Jasper Hill Farm's Little Hosmer is an approachable and nuanced soft ripened cheese. Beneath its thin, bloomy-rind lies a gooey, milky core showing a complex array of flavors at peak ripeness: cauliflower, crème fraiche, and toasted nuts. A bright, clean finish with a hint of white mushroom aroma follows the rich flavors of the paste.

Comte AOP 6 Month Aged by Charles Arnaud paired with the Estate Grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley 
Comté is a handmade, artisan cheese of the truest type. While modern techniques have been embraced where they can facilitate procedures and increase quality, the production of Comté remains based on traditional methods. Each stage is subject to strict rules that are set down in the AOC specifications to ensure each wheel is just as perfect as the last. First of all, Comté milk is produced on more than 3,000 family farms in the mountainous region of French Comté practicing non-intensive agriculture, i.e. agriculture that, rather than aiming for the highest possible yields, focuses on quality, and takes into account soil characteristics.
