2017 Sangiovese

For over three decades, Silverado Vineyards has produced elegant and flavorful wines from its family-owned Napa Valley vineyards. Our Sangiovese is grown on a historic vineyard halfway up Soda Canyon Road to Atlas Peak. This site was originally planted with grapes and olive trees in 1883 by a farmer and merchant Felix Borreo. Bright cherry fruit and savory spice make our Sangiovese delightful.

Tasting Notes
Aromas of bing cherry, raspberry, and dried herbs. This medium-bodied wine exhibits flavors of cranberry-raspberry scone, pluot, and sweet paprika, and finishes with a hint of bright orange blossom.
